Finding Property For Sale?

I was Looking at My Local Property Appraisers Website, and they have a List of Properties on the Market, yet the dont List Who they are being sold through. And When i do a Search I can only find like 3 of the 16 units stated for sale..... Does anyone know how i can find the Rest?Finding Property For Sale?

1) Call the appraiser, odds are that he listed those houses himself for the sellers, or they are his own.





2) ';Google'; the addresses of the homes





3) If close, drive by and look for signs

Call a local REALTOR who will be able to help you locate and purchase the type of property that you want.
try Realtor.com. Also try some local websites who may tie you into the same site. Property appraisors do not sell property.
realtor.com is a very good site. But I would also thnk you would get an real estate agent so they can go on MLS.
