Should I list my low lying coastal property for sale in the National Review?

I think I'll fetch a pretty high price selling to the global warming skeptics - no?Should I list my low lying coastal property for sale in the National Review?
I live on a low lying peninsula in SW Washington. Home sales experienced the highest increase here in the whole state. If the oceans rise 80-200 feet like Al Gore claims there will not be one inch of this place left. You decide.Should I list my low lying coastal property for sale in the National Review?
Good luck with that.
My wife always wanted a beach house. Where is it?

I'm sure we will outlive the rise in water levels anyway, so why not!
You probably would, because we're not stupid enough to believe that ';global warming'; will have any immediate impact, even on the outside chance such a thing exists in the first place.

BTW, a trailer located on a concrete slab next to a waste water treatment plant hardly qualifies as ';coastal property';, Jethro.
I'll tell you what.

I'm really concerned about you, my friend. I'm sure your property value is dropping precipitously as those with coastline properties are selling and running for higher ground. I mean, after all, everyone knows that sea level is rising and no one can stop it!

I'll take you property off your hands for 10% of what you paid. That should save you money in the long run.
