I would suggest getting a realtor to set you up with a search. It will send you everything that is on the market that is properly zoned for what you want to do.
I'm an agent in MN and could set you up with someone who is actually a GOOD agent.
The other thing you could do is go onto www.edinarealty.com and use their search site.
