Where do i go on line to find taxes on a property for sale?

this is for texasWhere do i go on line to find taxes on a property for sale?
you can do a search for the tax assessors department for the county in which the house is for sale. Some counties have an online database.

Another option is the following website:

http://www.zillow.com/

Once you go to Zillow, type in the address of the property for sale, and it should pull any public records for the house, including property taxes, land/building values, last year of home updates (if any renovations were done), and records of any past sales. It's a pretty informational website!Where do i go on line to find taxes on a property for sale?
You can go to the county assessors office and look it up by the property address, taxes are public record. You can also call the county assessors office and get the same info.
www.Zillow.com is a fantastic free resource. It will give you Aeriel photos and additional information (including a rough estimate of value) as well.
I don't know about Texas, but you might be able to call the assessors office for the town that the property is in and find out how much the taxes are, and if there are any outstanding taxes owed. That is what is usually done in MA.
