How can I list a property for sale on yahoo?

I have a home as well as a business that I would like to post on yahoo, can anyone advise on what procedure I can take to list that property. There are a lot of crooks out there in the real estate game. Many looking to separate you from your $ and property. They are pros.


Be careful and consider the services of a professional real estate agent. Many will give you a discount if you do as much of the work as you can. Call the local District Attorney's office and ask if they have a real estate fraud division. Many places don't even have a staff to help you if you find yourself screwed!!


If they have a dept. ask them what are some local schemes going around. BE CAREFUL!!How can I list a property for sale on yahoo?
list them on craigslist.com you can post pics on it too. great site for selling everything!!
I would suggest craigslist.com. If you decide to place the property on sites such as buyowner.com, think it through. In my area people put out a lot of money only to end up going with a Realtor.





Also, if you do decide to sell the property on your own, speak with a real estate attorney, or see if you can find a real estate agent to finalize the paperwork as a transaction licensee (some agents will do this for a fixed price).
