How do I find foreclosed or ceased property for sale in Wisconsin without having to pay for the information?

Go to the county clerk and ask for a listing it should be free under the freedom of information act.

you are in luck there are plenty of people willing to help you for $$$. there is one bank that about a month ago took a proactive approach to thier increasing amount of bank owned properties. that company is country wide! considering 2/3 of all motrgages are done or bought by counrtywide this is great! if you go directly to countrywides website and look on the left hand side of the site you will see.... REO's or bank owned properties! this is what you are looking for!

i wish you well get preapproved to find out exactly whats in your budget and pick a house!
