Why don't you search on the internet before you arrive? If anything looks good you can check it out while you're here if you like. How would anyone here know what you think is a nice property, or whether you're looking for an apartment or a 20 acre estate? There are nice properties all over Vancouver. I am surprised that someone who is in real estate and has a computer doesn't already know how to find a property.
Get in touch an actual real estate agent in Vancouver. If you are in the industry you should have contacts.
