How do i find forclosed or unadvertised properties for sale online? i live in delaware.?

I am looking to buy a house around here and i need cheap and something i can fix up. i am good with fixing things, but i dont have much $$$. any website or anything i could read that would help me find otherwise unfindable places to live?How do i find forclosed or unadvertised properties for sale online? i live in delaware.?

well you are going to need money to buy a foreclosure as there may be liens on property, it could have termites, alot of structural damage, etc. This is not the type of investment for someone who doesn't have alot of money. What would be better is for you to find a house that someone bought and do a lease/purchase on it, maybe live in a year or two and some of your rent apply towards purchase and then you can get a loan and buy. Foreclosures are for professionals -- you could lose alot of money not knowing what to do.... and the mortgage market is not lending to people with no money right now.....
I would recommend that you find a realtor that specializes in these types of properties. If you want to do it yourself, then I would recommend that you go down to your local county clerk's office as foreclosures are a matter of public record.
