what does the rent reserve bit mean if anything?There is a property for sale at auction in UK where it says.....Rent Reserved 拢7280 PA on a AST?
I would guess this means some-one is living there (a tenant) on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (which may mean you can get them out at the end of the contract).
Unless you want to become a Landlord, forget it.
