A friend of mine is selling his house in Athens. It's a single family dwelling about one block from the Marble Stadium, a major tourist stop in the center of Athens. It is a two-story house that was owned by the King, though at that time, it was a dairy barn. It needs work, but it has a yard out back and a rooftop garden. It's got great potential. He doesn't want to sell it locally because he knows it would be torn down to make room for something modern. It really is about 10 or 15 steps fromt he Stadium. I wish I could contact you directly. I'd give you his phone number. If you are interested, respond on this site, and I'll figure something out. He wants to list it on a website. I suggested craiglist.com. I don't know if he has done so yet. I no longer live in Greece and I haven't spoken to him in about two weeks.
